Vacation Pay-

Based on the average number of hours per week that you worked for the last six payrolls before your anniversary date. Paid out in the payroll following your anniversary date.

401 k-

After one year of service, if you are 21 years of age or older--you can begin saving for retirement. Fast Food Enterprises matches 30˘ on each dollar you save--up to 10% of your pay. Social Security will only provide you with about 2/3 of your current rate of pay. Will you be able to live on that?

Tuition Assistance-

After 90 days of service you can apply for tuition assistance. This benefit may be used if you are enrolled at any accredited college in the four counties where we have restaurants. You must apply prior to the semester. You pay your tuition, if you have a 3.0 or higher grade average, you are reimbursed up to $1,000. per year. This can be any subject you choose.

Discounted Meals-

50% off your meal, before during or after your shift.

 

Family Discounts-

20% off your entire ticket when you visit the restaurant with your family

 

Longevity Bonus-

$300. to hourly employees, for the first two years of service. Once in a life-time only. Paid in the payroll following your anniversary date.

Referral Bonus-

If you refer a good employee, prior to their application, you receive a Wal-mart gift certificate when they are hired. If they stay 90 days and you are still employed you receive $50.
