Paid Vacation
Salaried Managers are eligible for paid vacation time as follows:
After 1 year of service-- 1 week vacation
From 2 to 4 years of service-- 2 weeks vacation
From 5 to 9 years of service-- 3 weeks vacation
From 10 to 14 years of service-- 4 weeks vacation
For 15 years or more-- 5 weeks vacation
Incentive Bonus
Salaried Managers at Fast Food Enterprises have the opportunity to earn
bonus monies. The effort made by you and your team determine the amount of this
benefit.
To be eligible for the Monthly Incentive Bonus your Restaurant must have
positive comparative sales from the previous year.
401k
After one year of service you are eligible to enroll in our Company 401K
Retirement Plan. Our plan is handled by the Principal Financial Group. Our plan
lets you save up to 25% of your pay. Fast Food Enterprises matches 30¢ on the
$1.00 of your savings contributions, for up to 10% of your pay. That’s extra
money for you.
Paid Training
The length of your initial training will depend upon your background and
experience in restaurants. Your training plan will be based on and will include
components of Burger King Basic Management In Restaurant Training Guide. You
will attend New Employee Orientation at the first scheduled class after your
hire date. Within six months of employment you are required to attend Burger
King Basic Management Training In Classroom and the National Restaurant
Association, Educational Foundation SerfSave Applied Food Service and Sanitation
Class designed for Burger King Managers.
Life Insurance Benefit
Insurance benefits are available to you following completion of the 90
day evaluation period. $25,000 coverage on the employee, 100% of premium paid by
FAST FOOD ENTERPRISES.
Health Insurance
Insurance benefits are available to you following completion of the 90
day evaluation period. Fast Food Enterprises pays 50% of the monthly premium.
Your contribution is deducted bi-weekly from your check. Our policy is currently
through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and includes Major Medical with a
$1,000 deductible, Emergency Room Deductible of $50, Office Visit Co-pay of $5,
Prescriptions at $25 for name brand and $15 for generic brands.
Current Employee Bi-weekly contributions are as follows:
Employee Only $61.50
Employee and Spouse or child $117.48
Employee and Family $174.20
Dental Coverage
The Dental Insurance has a $50 Deductible, it pays 100% for Preventative
care, 80% for Basic Services and 50% for Major Services.
Current Employee Bi-weekly contributions are as follows:
Employee Only $5.62
Employee and Child(ren) $11.58
Employee and Spouse $12.71
Employee and Family $18.66
Additional Insurance
We have four additional American Heritage policies that you may purchase
at your own expense. These policies pay cash to you, not to the doctors or
hospital. Policies are:
Term Life Insurance
Policies available for coverage from $10,000-$150,000. Policies may be
for Employee, Spouse or Children.
24 Hour Accident Protection
Pays up to $40,000 per injury, dislocation or loss of body part.
Cancer Plan
With 20 other specific diseases includes hospital confinement, surgery,
second opinion, radiation therapy , experimental treatment with no lifetime
maximum.
Heart & Stroke
This American Heritage policy pays you up to $50,000 for heart
transplant.
